You can do this program in the comfort of your own home as all you need is dumbbells- a set of light dumbbells ranging from 2-5kg & a heavier set of dumbbells ranging from 5-15kg, two booty loop bands- one heavier thick material and one plastic lighter one. Of course you can also do at the gym too if you prefer.
You should be choosing weights which are challenging for you. This program will consist of up workouts that will help you build muscle, gain strength, gain confidence and burn fat. We are going to build every single muscle. The programme is suitable for all fitness levels with beginner modifications too.
Join this challenge with a mindset, bring that mindset on the first day and finish the challenge still with that same mindset.
