Most people go all in, full speed, and then fail because it's not sustainable, and they get burned out. Instead, start small, but make it an appointment you can't miss. Transformation will occur by having a game plan, digging deep for discipline, and holding yourself accountable. Getting clients in the gym and seeing them crushing it gets me pumped!
